Newsgeist

Since 2014, Newsgeist has convened journalists, media executives, and technology platform providers to discuss and debate the most pressing issues facing the news industry. The “unconference” format, built around participant-driven conversation rather than traditional panels, has made it a distinctive gathering in the media calendar.

In 2025, CNTI assumed stewardship of the event, bringing together nearly 200 leaders from journalism, publishing, academia, research and media entrepreneurship for a weekend full of breakout sessions and open exchange.
